• Pre screening form to be completed and returned prior to your consultation

• 45 minute in clnic appointment

• 15 minute follow up appointment to discuss results

On arrival at our clinic we will undertake vital observations:

• Height and weight (to calculate body mass index)

• Blood pressure measurement

• Heart Rate

• Peak flow respiratory test

Your assessment also includes the following blood tests:

• HbA1c to help diagnose diabetes

• Full lipid profile (cholesterol testing)

• Full blood count

• Liver function

• Kidney Function

Once all tests have been complete and results compiled you will receive a health report which details your current health and gives advice on howto maintain your health and well being.

A telephone call will be booked with your clinician to explain your results.
